New partnership: The Alani Jacob Foundation and Kusaidia Charity Inc. Winter Warmth Drive in Westchester County, NY and Howard County, MD: winter coats, backpacks, school supplies and school shoes for children.

New Partnership · November 2026

Two missions. One table.

The Alani Jacob Foundation and Kusaidia Charity Inc. have formalized a partnership through a signed Memorandum of Understanding, approved unanimously by our Board of Directors on October 27, 2026.

Kusaidia Charity Inc., led by founder Roger Gracie, is a 100% volunteer-driven nonprofit based in Nanuet, New York. Its name means “to help,” and its work centers on the building blocks every child deserves: food, clothing, shelter and education.

First up: the Winter Warmth Drive

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY · HOWARD COUNTY, MD

  • Winter coats for children who need them
  • Backpacks and school supplies
  • School shoes, so no child walks into class without them

Kusaidia built the Winter Warmth Drive in Westchester. Together we are bringing the same drive to Howard County, Maryland, where The Alani Jacob Foundation already serves families through SAFE HUB, our free 24/7 crisis navigation for autism and disability families.

Each organization keeps its own donations, decisions and voice. What we share is the work and the promise behind it.

No child should face winter without a coat, or a school year without the basics.

Want to help a child stay warm this winter? Every gift to The Alani Jacob Foundation before December 31 counts toward this tax year.
