About the Fellowship

What Is the Future Leaders Fellowship?

The Future Leaders Fellowship is a program of The Alani Jacob Foundation that equips young people with disabilities and underrepresented identities with the credentials, technology, mentorship, wellness support, and community they deserve.

Our fellows graduate with a stacked résumé — multiple professional certifications, a real portfolio, active mentor relationships, and the financial literacy, digital fluency, and professional presentation to enter adulthood ready.

We are building something that does not exist: a fellowship that rivals elite university programs in quality, while remaining fully accessible to young people who have never been handed an advantage.

Access to excellence should not depend on a zip code, a diagnosis, or a family income. But we cannot do it alone.

In-Kind Giving

How In-Kind Sponsorship Works

When your company, organization, or individual donor contributes goods, services, software, expertise, or event support to the Future Leaders Fellowship, your gift is received by Crystal Life Ministries — a federally recognized 501(c)(3).

In-kind donors are recognized by name across all fellowship materials, social media, our graduation ceremony, and this website. We will connect your brand directly to the cohort members whose lives your contribution touches.

All contributions are received by Crystal Life Ministries, EIN 99-3987352. Your donation is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A written acknowledgment letter will be issued upon receipt.
