The Alani Jacob Foundation

AI strategy that protects the mission—and helps the work move faster.

We help nonprofits, coalitions, schools, public agencies, healthcare teams, faith organizations, and community-minded employers implement artificial intelligence safely, communicate more clearly, and turn scattered processes into repeatable systems.

AI education + implementation

Not a generic ChatGPT class.

Every engagement is customized to the organization’s mission, staff capacity, risk level, audience, and real workflows.

01 · Education

AI Literacy & Staff Training

Practical training for boards, leaders, and frontline teams: what AI can do, where it fails, what must be verified, and how to use it without compromising privacy, accessibility, or trust.

02 · Governance

Safe AI Implementation

Mission-specific acceptable-use guidance, human-review standards, tool selection, data boundaries, accessibility considerations, and responsible workflows your team can actually follow.

03 · Operations

SOP & Workflow Enhancement

We turn institutional knowledge into clear standard operating procedures, checklists, templates, and visual workflows—then identify where responsible automation can reduce repetitive work.

04 · Visibility

Communications & Campaign Design

Flyers, one-pagers, presentations, design boards, outreach campaigns, partner materials, and content systems that make complex work understandable and move people toward action.

05 · Digital

Website Messaging & Content Refresh

Strategic audits and selective webpage improvements that clarify who you serve, what you offer, why it matters, and the next action visitors should take.

06 · Capacity

Grant & Partnership Infrastructure

Reusable narratives, impact language, asset libraries, proposal workflows, and partnership materials that help teams respond faster without rebuilding every application from zero.

Led by Salima Levy, MBA

Built by a founder using these systems in real life.

“I do not teach organizations to chase every new tool. I teach them to build a safe operating system around the tools that genuinely serve their mission.”

Salima Levy is the founder and executive director of The Alani Jacob Foundation, creator of SAFE HUB™, an author and autism advocate, and an AI educator focused on practical implementation for mission-driven organizations. Her work bridges disability, housing instability, education, family crisis navigation, communications, and organizational capacity.

Frequently asked questions

Clear before we begin.

Do you provide a free workshop to every organization?

No. AJF may offer a complimentary coalition-wide or sponsor-underwritten introductory session. Customized workshops, design work, SOP enhancement, implementation, and website services are separately scoped.

Can a sponsor pay so smaller organizations attend free?

Yes. We welcome underwriting partners for community education, disability-inclusive training, workforce initiatives, and coalition capacity building.

Will you put sensitive family or client information into public AI tools?

No. Responsible implementation begins with clear data boundaries, human review, and selecting workflows appropriate to the organization’s privacy and compliance responsibilities.

Do you work only with autism organizations?

No. AJF’s lived expertise is rooted in autism, disability, and family crisis, while these strategy, communications, and AI implementation services are designed for a wide range of mission-driven organizations and community-minded employers.
