The system your institution doesn’t have — but every family needs.
SAFE HUB™ is a structured, disability-informed crisis navigation system for the institutions that serve families in moments of instability: schools, shelters, housing authorities, social service agencies, and community organizations.
Generic intake was never designed for these families.
When a family with a disabled member enters crisis — housing loss, domestic violence, income disruption, a medical emergency — most institutions respond with intake processes that were never built for them. Disability needs go unscreened. Navigation fails at the first handoff. Families cycle back into the system without resolution.
Not a referral list. An operational system you implement.
SAFE HUB™ gives your institution a structured way to identify, navigate, and support families with disabilities during crisis — from first contact through stabilization.
Disability-informed screening built into your existing intake.
Crisis navigation pathways specific to autism, epilepsy and seizure disorders, and other disability communities.
Staff training, a facilitation guide, and a complete implementation toolkit.
Family-facing navigation tools in plain, accessible language.
A resource coordination framework linked to community and government services.
Documentation tools for compliance, regulatory reporting, and grant accountability.
An outcome measurement framework for institutional and legislative reporting.
Built for every door a family in crisis walks through.
Lived experience, built to compliance standards.
SAFE HUB™ was developed by Salima Levy, MBA, MHRM — a Black woman founder, autism parent, epilepsy survivor, and systems strategist who navigated a housing crisis with two autistic children and a seizure disorder. It pairs that lived experience with federal housing and disability compliance frameworks (ADA, Fair Housing Act, Section 504, and HUD Continuum of Care requirements), and it is informed by community implementation in Howard County, Maryland, where she serves on Continuum of Care committees.
