SAFE HUB™ Academy — Refund Policy
This policy covers SAFE HUB™ Academy digital certificate programs, credentials, and on-site/virtual training bookings (Lunch-and-Learn, Half-Day Workshop, Full-Day Intensive, and Executive Leadership Institute engagements).
Self-paced digital credentials (SHCN-1 through SHCN-5, AADS, HCAI-CP, RAIGL)
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credential’s coursework has been marked complete.
- No refund is available once a certificate of completion or digital credential has been issued.
- To request a refund, email impact@crystal-life-ministries.com with your order confirmation within the 7-day window.
Booked training sessions (Lunch-and-Learn, Half-Day Workshop, Full-Day Intensive, on-site engagements)
- Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations within 6 days of the scheduled session, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at no additional cost.
Executive Leadership Institute and district/system-wide licenses
These are institutional engagements governed by their individual scope-of-work agreement. Refund and cancellation terms for these engagements are set out in that agreement rather than this general policy.
Scholarship Fund contributions
Sponsorships and donations made through our Scholarship Fund are charitable contributions and are non-refundable, consistent with standard nonprofit giving practice.
